Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Partial Payment & Non-Refundable Deposit Policy**
We offer a Partial Payment option at checkout, which allows customers to pay a percentage of the total order amount upfront, with the remaining balance due at the time of delivery.
By selecting this payment method, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. The partial amount paid at checkout serves as a booking/confirmation deposit.
2. If you refuse delivery or fail to accept the order at the time of delivery, the partial payment made at checkout will be forfeited and is strictly non-refundable.
3. The remaining balance will only be collected upon successful delivery of your order.
We encourage customers to confirm their availability and intent before placing a partial payment order. For any questions, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Digital Product
No refunds are allowed for digital products
Exchanges All the exchanged and replaced product will be delivered to you within 5-6 business days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
